City View Summer Home is available for rent by the week May 21st - June 25 $1000.00 plus tax June 25 - Sept 3 $1400.00 plus tax Sept 3 - Sept 17 $1000.00 plus tax Reservations: A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 confirms your reservation payable by money order, personal cheque or cash. Balance due 45 days prior to your arrival is non-refundable. Visitors from outside Canada are entitled to a rebate on the 7 % GST (tax), a rebate form is provided, which you remit with receipt when departing Canada. Cancellation Policy: The deposit of $300.00 is non-refundable if booking is cancelled. If full payment is received 45 days prior to arrival and the reservation is cancelled, a refund of the total less the deposit will be refunded only if the summer home is re-rented.
