CANCELLATION POLICY - RATES:

  • Prepayment of $300.00 by cheque for each weekly booking. No post dated cheques.


  • All fees are to be paid prior to, or when checking in - late arrivals (after 6:00pm) will have to be paid in full on arrival date. A cheque or cash will be accepted.

  • We realize that there are certain situations that occur, but we must cover ourselves because of the short tourist season.

    - Prepayment of $300.00 by cheque for each weekly booking to be e-mailed a;ong with signed rental agreement
    - Refund will be made when the cottage is re-rented and a rebooking fee of $100.00 for each week cancelled would be deducted from your deposit on your accommodations and the balance will be held for a future booking up to 1 year
    - All fees are to be paid prior to, or when checking in along with a damage deposit of $100.00 to be applied for any damage or breakage of contents of cottage inside and out. Also cottage is to be left in the same way it was recieved. Damage deposit by cheque or cash upon check-in.
    Surf Cottages are located at 1259 Gulf Shore Parkway for GPS.

In-Season - June 29 - Sept 9
  • 3 Bedroom Cottage $900.00

  • 2 Bedroom Cottage $750.00

  • 1 Bedroom Cottage $575.00

  • 1 Bedroom Cottage $550.00

  • Rates are in Canadian dollars

Off Off Season - Rates after September 9th until Oct 30th.
  • 3-Bedroom Cottage - $590.00 per week

  • 2-Bedroom Cottage - $475.00 per week

  • 1-Bedroom Cottage - $415.00 per week

  • Rates are in Canadian dollars
